If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our books or CD or DVD teaching series, including cases of defect, damage or our error in shipment, then package the item carefully, without marking on, clipping, taping or stapling anything to it. THE PACKING SLIP MUST BE ENCLOSED for correct return processing. In order to improve our Customer service, please include the reason for your return and any other comments you may have. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our individual CDs, including cases of defect, damage or our error in shipment, please call our Customer Service department at 844.41BASIC (toll free) for a refund or correction. You do not need to ship the individual CD back to us. Please use it yourself, or give it to someone else.
For Conferences held in Dallas, we retain a $15 cancellation fee. For Conferences held outside of Dallas, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit.
If you receive a package from us in error, simply write "Refused" on the package and return it to the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, whichever company delivered it. Please call Customer Service at 844.41BASIC (toll free) to make us aware of the return.

We do not refund donations except in cases of credit card fraud or ID theft. Please contact our Customer Service department at 844.41BASIC (toll free) as soon as possible after the fraud or theft is discovered so that we can work with you and your credit card company to prevent further abuse of your account.
Customer agrees to assume all risk associated with selecting a USPS non-trackable shipment method (USPS media mail or USPS Intl. first class). As we cannot track these orders, we do not guarantee USPS shipments against loss, theft, delays, or damage. Lost, undelivered, and abandoned orders cannot be refunded. All international orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
International customers using the UPS International shipping option are subject to additional duties/taxes, not paid for with your order. These additional duties/taxes are levied by certain countries, and are the responsibility of the customer.
UPS Shipments will not be delivered on Saturday. For example, orders placed on Friday prior to 12pm CT with overnight shipping will not deliver until Monday. Orders placed on Friday prior to 12pm CT with 2nd day shipping will not deliver until Tuesday.
Orders placed prior to 12pm (noon) CT Monday - Friday (with the exception of holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
