A DISTINCT LIMIT TO FEAR

For some of us, the long, hot summer grinds on. In many ways it has been a summer of discontent with violence becoming an all too familiar part of everyday life. We never know where it will manifest next and many are succumbing to fear, the design of those who seek to spread terror in the hearts and minds of the masses.

There is understandable concern at what an act of terror might cause to those we love and care about … and to ourselves, of course. Nobody invites pain, suffering, and destruction.

But for those in Christ Jesus, those who have come to Him by faith and received His life in them, there is a distinct limit to the fear that madmen can foist upon us. Our bodies may be destroyed, but in Him our spirits are eternal, indestructible. And that’s just part of the good news!

With that, to the calls and email…
