Anyway, here’s how can you get it:

Go online to and click the amazonkindle link to get your personal copy. Beyond that…

If you would like to help celebrate Bob’s birthday week, share the link with your facebook and Twitter friends. And after you have read the book, post a review … and encourage your friends to do that, too.

So, to recap:

That’s it! And I know that by you joining with us to get this great book into the hands of as many readers as possible — well, that will help to make Bob’s birthday week one of the happiest he has ever had!

The Gospel

And its importance

One of the defining facets of the Basic Gospel ministry is the clear teaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sitting at breakfast at the National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, not long ago, a wonderful Christian gentleman, Mr. Bill Blount, owner of several radio stations in New England, shared something that thrilled our hearts.

Paraphrasing Bill’s comment to us, he said that people could listen to the various programs on his radio stations all day long, and at the end of the day, they might be able to piece together the gospel.

“But with you guys on your program,” Bill said, “people can hear (the complete) gospel everyday!”

Wow! What exciting confirmation that what we are doing is getting through, and is reaching into the lives of people.

If you have never heard the gospel of our Lord Jesus in its clear and concise completeness, just listen to what Bob Christopher recently shared:

The Simply Grace Tour

All that is needed then is for you to come and say hello and hear some excellent teaching on the grace of God in Christ Jesus.

Basic Gospel

Your gifts are vital

When you give to support Basic Gospel, you truly are using the resources God has blessed you with to reach out and into the lives and hearts of countless people.

Recently, we have spoken with several people who called, searching for answers to the desperate circumstances of their lives, and who found those answers in the person of Jesus Christ.

If you have been a part of the ongoing support of Basic Gospel, you had a part in bringing the freedom of truth to those hurting hearts, helping them to find life in our Lord Jesus.

Thank you for what you do to keep the message on the air.

The final quarter

During this final quarter of the year (stay with me, friends), we all need to seek the Lord’s guidance in what He would have us do to sustain the work Basic Gospel is doing every day.

To meet the most basic needs of operation between now and December 31, we need roughly $400,000.

To any one of us, that’s a huge sum. But to our God, working through us all, that’s not even a drop in the bucket.

So, each one of us doing what we personally can, I feel sure we will meet and hopefully exceed that amount.

And by the way, for any gift this month, you will receive a copy of Bob Christopher’s CD, Something New.

Check it out when you click DONATE.

Losing salvation

Recently, we received a call from Teresa in New York, concerned about a friend who lost her daughter to suicide. This brief conversation is very revealing:

As always, thanks for dropping by for this edition of ItS. I hope it has been helpful and enjoyable.
